Default vlookup hyperlink

I have a formula:-

=IF(ISERROR(VLOOKUP(H62,DCRnames,3,FALSE)&F62),"
",VLOOKUP(H62,DCRnames,3,FALSE)&F62)

The result ends up with a web page url, is it possible to make the result a
clickable hyperlink?
