Hi,
Can anyone explain why it is that a vlookup table automatically 'hides' itself within a worksheet that utilizes the vlookup function but the vlookup table it is actually saved in another workbook? I thought that if a vlookup table was in one workbook, and then another workbook (which utilizes that vlookup table - by writing a command that points to the vlookup table in the other workbook) would not be able to pull the information from the vlookup table when the two workbooks are prevented from being linked (e.g being on seperate computers). However I've found the opposite to be true - and I really need to prevent this from happening - does anyone know how? Thank you so so much! Charlie |
