Default Icon Labels

How do I make the names of the icons appear when I move the mouse curson
over them on the toolbar? I would like for this to happen in Excel and Word.
I am looking for the labels to say such things as "save," "print," "copy"
etc.

Tools|customize|options tab
check "show screentips on toolbars"
