Default Scrollbars starting at the bottom of form

I have a form and am using a vertical scrollbar. When my form opens the
scroll bar is sitting at the bottom of my form instead of the top. I
have tried setting my scrolltop in my userform_initialize sub-routine
to "userform1.ScrollTop = 0" but the scrollbar still shows up at the
bottom of the form.

Any suggestions?

Thanks,
Craig
