For my labels I print straight from Excel, with the template setup to
have a spacer row between each label, and a wider row for data to be
printed on the label (plus a spacer column etc), and the paper set to
the required feed bin. (Test the setup on blank sheets of standard
paper first)

For single sheets you would thus enter your number in the first label
cell, and the remaining cells would increment from that (=B2+1 etc)

You could then duplicate this down the Worksheet to produce multiple
sheets at a time etc.
