I was actually looking to get a macro for it. I've got a little VB
experience, so they don't phase me. I also figured that they would be the only way I could implement this, so anyone know a macro that could do this? In your Star column(s) put a Star Symbol in each cell right down the column (I copied one in from Word - Insert/Symbol) Then format the font in the Star column to white (or whatever the background colour is).
