Gord,

Thanks for the tip. Yes the user had password protected the worksheet. Once
protection was removed the worksheet displayed in full view.

Perhaps that particular workbook has protection enabled on Structure and
Windows.

Unprotect then re-protect with just structure checked. Leave windows
unchecked.
