Banquet Registration with Excel. I have 100 Table Names 10 Guest per Table.
How can Use Drop down list to set up the spreadsheet using list to view each
table with their guest information, Address, phone number etc. on it/

With all of your data in one database, one guest for each row with all their
info including Table number, I would think that Data Filter AutoFilter
would be the ideal feature to use........

It sounds like the Auto Filter would do what you want.

I guess I thought i should use columns...help..I also need to set the limit
of tables to 100 and the limit on guest to 10.
