Default Link a list of employees with hire dates to a monthly schedule

I have a list of employees with hire dates and other info. I want to know if
I can somehow link the employee name and their hire date into another
worksheet that is a monthly schedule spreadsheet so that their evaluation
dates (one year after hire date) will automatically appear in that schedule
when I enter the employees information my employee list.
