Default Conditional Formatting Help

HI

I need some help with conditional formatting.

I have 2 spreadsheets, one that i put quotes together on and at the top (cell D3) i Enter the company name of who i am quoting. e.g Mcdonalds, i then want it to check in the other spreadsheet and if in column A (1-30) contains the company name i want cell D3 on the first spreadsheet to change to red.

Hope this makes sense, and thanks for your help

Brad
