Hi,
Protecting the sheet, but first you have to ensure Protection in the cell is set up to locked go to the cell, right click on the mouse, format cell, protection, check Locked box, then protect your sheet. While content and formula are treated the same, you can format cells -
protections, and uncheck the locked checkbox for specific cells. Then, goto to Tools-Protection-Protect sheet, you'll see various options that can control whether users can edit the format of the cells or not. Note: Under the cell format - protection tab, checking the "hidden" option will make it so that the formula is not visible when sheet is protected. -- Best Regards, Luke M "Jess" wrote in message ...
