Fomula where one cell is equal to the other cell content & format
I want to be able to have one cell equal to the format and value of another
cell. So if I change the primary cell to strikethrough, it will automatically change the other cell. |

Formulas don't return this kind of stuff--they return values.
And event macros don't run if you just change the format of a cell. You could use the worksheet_calculate event that would update the other cell each time the worksheet recalculates.
