you might consider a formula =A1&B1 if you need spaces between the data... =A1&" "&B1 copy the formula down as far as you need. copy the formula column and paste special Values. you can then delete the original data. regards FSt1 "Jeanette" wrote: Does anyone know how to combine 2 columns of text into 1?
