Does anyone know how to combine 2 columns of text into 1? For instance if
you have an address that is in column A1 & A2 and you want all of it in
column A1?

hi
you might consider a formula
=A1&B1
if you need spaces between the data...
=A1&" "&B1

copy the formula down as far as you need. copy the formula column and paste
special Values. you can then delete the original data.

Put the formula =A1 & B1 in cell C1 (or some other cell). You might want to
put a comma and a space between the two so the formula would become =A1 & ",
" & B1. You can copy the formula down the column as far as you need to. You
could then copy, and paste special - values into cell D1 so that you have
text rather than a formula.
