Default How to display a date

I would like to display a date time in the format of:

20100331213045 etc..

the 2010 being the year
the 03 being the month
the 31 being the day
213045 being the time hours minutes and seconds in military format.

this would look to cell H3 for the date time entry to display

I'm sure there's a formula there somewhere... LOL

Thanks for your help!

Barry
