Default Excel Macro-enabled Worksheet

I've created some Macro/VBA code and added it to the personal.xlsb file
located in the XLStart directory. When I insert an Excel Macro-Enabled
Worksheet into a Powerpoint slide the macros are not available to that
worksheet. This was working on a previous workstation, same OS and vs. of
Office, but I cannot seem to get this to work now. Does anyone know how to
extend these macros to Powerpoint when inserting a macro-enabled worksheet?

Thanks.
