I'm having difficulty selecting and dragging portions of text within a cell
to another with my mouse. I think I used to be able to do this in Excel 2003 - but can't now. Any ideas? |

You never did this in Excel 2003 unless I am misinterpreting.
You want to select part of a string in a cell and drag it to another cell? Cut and paste, copy and paste........drag, no.
