Default Change data by dragging datapoints in graphs in Excel 2007

I would like to change values/data in a table by dragging the line (up/down)
in a graph. This was possible in earlier versions. Any suggestions?

Default Change data by dragging datapoints in graphs in Excel 2007

The suggestion is to go back to the earlier version of Excel, before this
facility was removed.
