Hi Guys,
I have a Data entry excel, the first 8 lines has the company Header, Some
Header titles/Labels and some validation buttons that need to be protected in
order to avoid user errors, such as delete information or moving it to
somewhere else...
Also there are some Header Cells that will be used for user data entry such
as Descriptions, comments, etc.

From Row 9, i have a Table (Line 9 is a Table Header), and from line 10 are
data entry lines that will be validated through a Macro.
Line 9 was also protected to preserve table titles.

I have used the "Allow Users to Edit Ranges" option to restrict the cells
that can be updated. (Edit_Header and Edit_Table). At the <Protect Sheet
Button i have marked the insert rows and delete rows options to allow the
user insert new lines (if needed) or deleting lines. Both are part of the
requirement i have.
Even when i activate the protection, i got protected all needed cells (such
as company logo, titles, labes, buttons from being moved, and table titles),
and that i am able to edit header information and edit table data lines from
line 10 (including insert rows), i am not able to delete rows. (again, i have
flagged the Delete rows option at the "Allow Users to Edit Ranges"). In fact
the Delete rows is enable when i do right click, but when i focus on a cell
and press right click, the delete table rows is nos enable.
When trying to delete the row, i got "You are trying to delete a row that
contains a locked cell... To delete a locked cell, first remove protection..."
The ranges at Edit_Header and Edit_Table Are correct. In fact i have
included all rows/columns range from Line 10 to the last column and up to
line 1.000.000).

Could you give me some orientation?
