Default conditional formatting?

I have two columns....some of the cells in Column A differ from the cells in
column B...how do I hilight the cells in column A that are different from the
ones in column B? thanks!

Default conditional formatting?

Either CF/ Cell Value Is/ not equal to/ =B1
Or CF/ Formula Is/ =A1<B1
