Formula to pull last name error (Excel 07)
In A1 I have Joe Smith, I would like Smith to be in B1.
I tried using the function =RIGHT(A1,LEN(A1)-FIND(*,SUBSTITUTE(A1, ,*,LEN(A1)-LEN(SUBSTITUTE(A1, ,))))) but am getting the #NAME? error. FYI: I can't use the Text to Columns function because I have some names that have at least 2 middle names... Thanks -B |
