Default conditional formating

Excel Users,

Thanks for the help. I would like to apply a conditional format to A1 if A2
meets a criteria.

For example if A2 is 100%, I would like A1 to become bold. I can't seem to
figure out this formula. Can you help?

Thanks
Jim
