Default Analyzing Results of a Survey Using Option Buttons

I have a bunch of scenarios, for each scenario I ask a number of questions,
each question has 3 options (using option buttons) "Yes", "No", "Maybe";
It's a survey, and I will have a number of surveys coming back and need to
summarize the results.
Spreadsheet Looks Something Like:
Column A Column B Column C Column D Column E...
Scenario1 Answer Question1 Question2 Question 3...
Yes Option Button Option Button
No Option Button Option Button
Maybe Option Button Option Button
Scenario2 (same as above)

Each of the 3 options per question, per scenario, are grouped together, so
for Scenario 1, Question 1, you can select one of the 3 options (Yes, no, mb
-- in cell B) - there are only radio buttons in column C, D, etc (no text).

This survey will go out to a number of people, and I need to
summarize/analyze the results. I can save each survey that comes back in the
same file (each tab will have persons name on the tab name.) So I'm thinking
along the lines of summarizing on a separate sheet, the number of respondents
who clicked yes to scenario 1, question 1, (# clicked no, etc.), and I can
then get to percentages on my own. So I am looking for a way to summarize
across a number of sheets the results. Any ideas? Thank you.

I wasn't complaining about your question, Coleen. I was commenting about
herochenna's message which didn't seem to be answering your question but was
apparently trying to attract traffic to someone's website. If there was a
specific page on that website that had answered your question, then it would
have been reasonable to direct you to that page, but herochenna merely
pointed at the website as an answer to your question and to a number of
other totally different questions. If you found herochenna's message to be
a suitable answer to your question, then I'm glad to hear it.
