Default Performing a merge in Excel 2007

I have a file box label which someone created in Excel (why, I don't know).
I now want to insert the names from the first and last files in the box onto
the label. Had the label been created in Word, thi would be an easy process.
Is there an easy way, or will I have to recreate the wheel (aka label).
