Default ODBC Problem

I set up several spreadsheets that are linked to external data using ODBC
queries. It was all working fine until, I got a new PC. I am now able to
write and run new queries, but Im unable to run my old saved ones. Before
they took my old computer away, I made sure to save out my ODBC Driver and
installed it on my new computer.

This is the error I get: €œ[IBM][iSeries Access ODBC Driver][DB2
UDB]SQL0551-Not authorized to object EXCELAFBA in QGPL type *PGM.€

Im running out of things to try. Any ideas?
