Default keeping color same for 2007 and 2003 version

There are only a few of us in the office who has the 2007 version and I am
putting up my very colorful spreadheet up into the server. Most who access
this file will have the 2003 version.
Are there specific colors I can use in my 2007 version - that will stay the
same in the 2003 version?
