Default how to change the color of choosen cell in 2007 version

currently, the color is a very light blue which somtimes you can't really
tell from the white background when you select a cell or a range of cell to
work on.

Any help is appreciated

This is a common complaint with Excel 2007. Nothing much you can do about
it. Maybe try adjusting your monitor settings (contrast, tint, light/dark,
etc.)
