Default Excel worksheet is locked into hightlighting blocks & I can't get

I must have inadvertently locked something in 2003 excel as when I move
cursor in ANY spreadsheet, I cannot move the cursor without hightlighting a
blue box around one cell when I use the arrow keys. NEver, Ever, had this
happen and been using spreadsheets since SuperCalc !!!
Please, somebody if you have an answer, let me know ASAP as I have already
pulled out all my hair.......Thanks.

If pressing F8 (Extend Select) doesn't correct it, you may have accidentally
activated StickyKeys. Press the Shift key 5 times quickly to toggle in/out of
StickyKeys.

Hope this helps,

Hutch
