I have several very large worksheets in which I need to find the following
information:

The criteria would be as follows:
Incuded in the worksheet are two columns: "sales" and "amount". If the
numbers in the "sales" and "amount" columns are inconsistent, meaning if
there is a number that is positive in one column and negative in the other, I
need to find a way to highlight, or extract toa separate worksheet, those
rows.

In a helper column enter =IF(SIGN(A1)=SIGN(B1),"OK","Not OK")

Copy down then autofilter on Not OK

Copy visible cells and paste to other worksheet.

assumed sales in col A & Amt in col B

in col C put this formula =A2=B2

now filter with false and copy & paste it in new worksheet.
