Default Toolbar has changed - how to return to normal

Using Excel 2003 -

Sometime today - I must have hit something that caused some of the usual
toolbar buttons to disappear. How can I restore it to the wy it was?

I have lost the format brush, the small "save" icon, etc...

Thanks

Jon
