Default Protect Multiple Worksheets from view before password

I have 15 Worksheets that contain personal data from each organization, I am
having a brain lock here cause I done something simular with my budget that
when you open the file it ask for a password but I need to protect each sheet
indivdually.

What is happening is when i protect the worksheet with a password then I
select another sheet then go back I see the personnal information I don't
want them to see the data until a password is provided for the corresponding
worksheet.

Any help would be appreciated to include if there is a macro that you can
point me to I am not good with VBA but I do understand some of it.

I will be eventually moving this to a SharePoint site with user level
protection, with the individuals I work with I have to start at the lowest
form and develop upwards.

Thanks

You could fiddle around with some sort of macro, but macros can be disabled.

You can protect the worksheets (and workbook), but these protection schemes are
easily broken.

If your data shouldn't be seen by others, then don't put it in excel.

If you have to use excel, then don't share that workbook with others who
shouldn't see the data.
