Default Password Protect Worksheets

Having browsed other questions, I got my answer to how to change the password
on all the worksheets at once. However Its seems that both the old and new
password will unprotect the worksheet? Im using excel 2003. Any ideas or is
this just because I've change the password?

Thanks for your help
