Does AutoCAD import XLS files? If so, then SAve As Excel 97-2003 workbook.

If you have AutoCAD you can paste a spreadsheet as a table. Open AutoCAD and
set your Tablestyle to what you prefer then open the spreadsheet in Excel,
select the cells you want to import and copy them. Then in AutoCAD do a Paste
special and select "AutoCAD entities". This will give you an editable table
in AutoCAD.
