Default Euro Symbol won't display

I am using Excel 2003 and have formatted cells to display ‚¬ in an existing
workbook but all I get is a vertical line. However, if I format cells in a
new workbook I do get the correct ‚¬ formatting. Any ideas why this is
happening?

Thanks for any insight!

Okay...forget it. It is formatting correctly, it just looks like a vertical
line viewing at 75% size instead of 100%. That's what I get for working at
1am in the morning!
