Default Conditional Formatting of Multiple Cells

I would like to turn one cell several different colours according to the
contents of other adjacent cells.

Default Conditional Formatting of Multiple Cells

=AND(B2=4,C2=6,etc) and set your color for each condition.

Please keep in mind, if condition 1 is met, conditional formatting will NOT
review any other conditions.
