The default colors for the contour map don't move in a logical progression
from darkest (highest frequency) to lightest (lowest frequency). I have to do
the contour maps in black and white to comply with dissertation formatting
rules.

I keep reformatting the color on the bands by hand in all of my surface maps
but when I close the file and reopen it later, it resets to default color.
Does anyone know how to fix this?
