Default Printing spreadsheet with a lot of columns

Hello,

Does anyone know if it is possible to print a spreadsheet, which has a lot
of columns, by starting a new row when the columns reach the end of the page,
instead of continuing horizontally?

For example, instead of

Column Number
1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9

it prints:

Column Number
1 2 3 4

5 6 7 8

Thanks in advance for any help on how to do this!

goto File -'Page Setup' then in 'Sheet' tab select 'Over, then down' option
under 'Page order' section.
see if this works for you?

Sorry, but that did not work. Any other suggestions?

Nop, Excel does not support that option.
but it is a good option to have i think, but again this option would be
useful only if the page does not grow more than one page vertically but grows
horizontally.

some clumsy suggestions :) ...
1) you can try to copy the entire sheet and paste it into new sheet as
Transpose (Paste Special - Transpose), and then print; the orientation will
change but might serve the purpose.

2) File -'Page Setup' then in 'Sheet' tab, click options (which would bring
up the Printer Properties window), here you can choose 'Pages per sheet' as
'2 pages per sheet'.

3) copy the entire sheet and paste it on to Word, then manually cut the
extra columns and paste it at end of the table.

4) you can write VBA code, which would move the extra columns under the end
of the rows before you can print.
