Default How do I add a password button to 2003 Excel?

Meaning, is there an add-in that I can install that will set an option on the
toolbar that will look like AutoSum or Insert Hyperlink that I can click on
and just set a password rather than having to go through Tools - Options -
Security etc....

Macros can be assigned to buttons on the toolbar.
