updating data from Access
Hi there
I have a data base in Access and information is kept updated in it. I have a worksheet in excel that contains some of the same data. Is there a way to link the two so that when the data is updated in Access it automatically updates in excel? -- Thank-you! Ruth |

Hi,
What version of Excel are you using? In 2003 choose Data, Import External Data, New Database Query and follow the wizard. This will create a connection to Access when can be manually refreshed or set to automatically update periodically. -- If this helps, please click the Yes button.
