updating data from Access
 

Hi there

I have a data base in Access and information is kept updated in it. I have
a worksheet in excel that contains some of the same data. Is there a way to
link the two so that when the data is updated in Access it automatically
updates in excel?

Hi,

What version of Excel are you using?

In 2003 choose Data, Import External Data, New Database Query and follow the
wizard. This will create a connection to Access when can be manually
refreshed or set to automatically update periodically.
