Here is a format that you can use
[=10000000]##\,##\,##\,##0.00;[=100000]##\,##\,##0.00;##,##0.00 -- HTH RP (remove nothere from the email address if mailing direct) "seenu" wrote in message ... This is not working for negative numbers. Please help
