How to format a comma from the right of the decimal point in the third
position, then 5th then 7th ie for Indian curency for Lakhs, Crores etc

Here is a format that you can use

[=10000000]##\,##\,##\,##0.00;[=100000]##\,##\,##0.00;##,##0.00
