Is there a tool bar that shows cell contents?
There is a formula bar that does that. Select a cell and type your name.
Now look above the worksheet on the screen for your name. That is the formula bar and it always displays the contents of the active cell. HTH Otto "Mumpa" wrote in message ... |

Please describe what you're looking for in the body of the posting, not just

Nada Use ctrl-` (Control key plus back quote, the key above the Tab key on most keyboards) to display formulas on your worksheet. That's not what you asked, but your direct question was already answered by other posters. Bill |
