Default "The macro 'GWXL97.XLACloseMacro' cannot be found."

I keep getting the above message when I try to close an Excel spreadsheet
from the close button on the toolbar. Can anyone help me fix this issue?
Thanks!

I think that that addin has to do with GroupWise.

I never used that, but maybe...

Open excel
Look under tools|addins.
Do you see anything that looks like GWXL97.xla (or GroupWise?)?

If you do, uncheck it (to turn it off).

If you want to keep it running, then this is not a good answer!
