Default Why do I receive "Fill not found" message when I open Excel?

When I open Excel, I receive a warning box "File not found" (Microsoft Visual
Basic) with a blank file behind the box. It appears the file is named
"14970200" and I have no idea why I receive this message. Before, I would
open Excel to "Book 1" (blank worksheets). After clicking "OK" on the warning
box, Excel opens with no blank worksheet.

I assume the file 14970200 is in the setup. However, I have no idea where
and how to reset the file for Excel.

Any ideas?
