How can I calculate my delivery lead time with the following criterias : 1) if an order is issued before 14:00 on D day and delivered any time the next day (D+1), the result would be :" delivered on time" 2) if an order is issued before 14:00 on D day and delivered after the follwoing day (D+2), the result would be : "late one day". If the order is delivered on D+3, the result would be :" late two days" and so on 3) if an order is issued after 14:00 on D day and delivered at any time on the following date (D+1), then the result would be :"delivered on time" 4) if an order is issued after 14:00 on D day and delivered before 12:00 the next next day (D+2), then the result would be :"delivered on time" 5) if an order is issued after 14:00 on D day and delivered after 12:00 the next next day (D+2), then the result would be :"late one day".
