Default How do I obtain Microsoft Agent 2.0 or later?

The Microsoft Assistant has disappeared. Each time I open MS Word or MS Excel
I have to wait two minutes while the system looks for the Assistant. Then it
tells me that I need Microsoft 2.0 or later which is available from the
Office System Pack. I have put this word into search on the MS web site to no
avail!!

Try Google to search the site. In your search box just enter 'site:
microsoft.com/kb' after you key words to search knowledgebase. The format
would be as below

office assistant site: microsoft.com/kb

I think this is the reference you seek:

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/301990
