Default pivot table excel 2007 -- show rows with no data

Hi,
I am creating a pivot table and would like the table to include some row
labels, even if there is no data for these in the source. For example, let's
say we were creating a pivot to show number of students by class:

History: 2
English: 1

But let's say there is a French class with no students in it. So I would
want the pivot to look like:

History: 2
English: 1
French:

In this example, the source data would look something like this

Bill: History
Jane: History
Bill: English

So you see that French does not even appear in the list, but I would still
like it in the summary pivot table. any ideas?
