Default How do I turn Compatibility checker off globally, at least tempora

I'm using an Autodesk Tool (task scheduler) to migrate CAD data between
versions. The current operation includes over 18000 files and each and every
one contains a spread sheet written in 2003 format. Aparently each of these
spread sheets will experience a minor loss of fidelity in two cells which I
don't care about except for the fact that I now have to click 36000 times to
complete the operation. There has got to be a way to turn Compatibility
Checker off that doesn't include an excel addin since that doesn't seem to do
the trick.

Thanks!!!
