How do you turn off the scroll lock?

Yes I see that, hit the key, but it still does it. I will click in one cell

the scroll lock does not work...when i click on one cell it buts a line around at least two to three cells. when I type in the one cell it will type into it, put to copy and paste it's a disaster because it will paste into the two or three cells. Does this make sense? If using Excel 2007 try setting your Zoom level up or down a couple of percent. Especially if in Page Layout view. Ok, as of right now that did work. What actually casues that?
I have another problem...I have 3 columns full of information, now I go to my next page and the last entry carries to the first line on every page.
